Some words about the event
Once again, we come back with our favourite brunch experience. Our chef Fati will prepare for you a beautiful plant based (vegan) brunch buffet full of her favourite recipes. In the meantime, a dj set will be played by Nicolas Denis to bring groovy vibes in your plate.
The buffet stops at 3:00pm but you’re welcome to stay and dance with us for the afternoon. Cakes, tea and more will still be served once the buffet stops.
The brunch takes place this time in Quinta do Rio who has a beautiful outdoor kitchen and bar to enjoy the beautiful nature around us.

Chef Philosophy
Fati is a Chef, grower and lover of veggies, plants and soil. She’s inspired to bring people together and encourage the idea of eating communally and enjoying nourishing plant based dishes with fresh, seasonal produce, sourced from her own garden or from local farmers.
